Status Of Dragon Duel and Several Cats
Some of you out there may be wondering the status of Dragon Duel. Things are still trucking along, slowly but surely. Late in November me and my wife had our first child Clementine Faye Walker. Life has been pretty hectic since she has been born. It accounts for some of the delay in Dragon Duel Currently.
However, there has been some movement on Dragon Duel/Brave Gamer as well. The main portion being the development of a real-time battle and communications engine. The lower level features allow for a basic chat and private messaging system between users.
On the higher end it allows for turn based combat between:
- One Player vs PC
- One Player vs Player Two
- Six Players vs One Boss
And by the way, this sucker is fast. No lag, no waiting for some panel to update. Just instant raw battles and fun. Later on this weekend I will upload some screenshots here of the progress and show you how some elements work.
